KFCU was born out of the need to inspire a savings culture among the youth of Ghana. The Kantanka philosophy believes a self-reliant Africa begins with self-reliant individuals, and though a formidable mentality counts, financial independence cannot be overruled. Kantanka Financial Cooperative Union, located at Achimota, Accra seeks to empower all, young and old alike, to have monetary power over basic household and business problems. It operates savings products, loans and investment schemes. It is a proud subsidiary of the Kantanka Group of Companies.
